48th Shizuoka Hobby Show 2009 Report (4) Tamiya

The Shizuoka hobby show is one of the biggest hobby (plastic model, rail transport modelling, RC, cap gun, toy etc...) trade fair held in Shizuoka Japan in May every year since 1959. The host organization is Shizuoka model teaching materials cooperative (Tamiya, Aoshima, Hasegawa). It is now being watched with interest by hobby traders and fans in the world.
48th Shizuoka hobby show 2009 was held May 14 -17 in Twin Messe Shizuoka. 82 companies participated in this trade fair, and so many new products were exhibited this time.
My friend Mr. Yamanobe went to there and took a lot of photos. I report this hobby show with his photos.

Car Model
1/24 Nissan 370Z (June Release / HLJ)
370Z is the export name for North America. Japanese name is Nissan Fairlady Z (Z34).
- Can choose Japan or export specifications
- Metal sticker : emblem, sideview mirrors
- Includes the front and rear spoilers
- Front wheels can be steered
- Chrome and flat silver parts
- Light parts are clear and clear-red molding colors.

Diorama Texture Paint (June Release)
They are paste type acrylic paints for diorama. Some type bases can be reproduced by heap upping them.

- #109 Soil Effect Dark Earth : for European black soil
- #110 Grit Effect Light Sand :for middle Eastern yellow sand
- #111 Grass Effect Green : for grass which sticks to a ground
#111 Grass Effect #108 and #109 Soil Effect #110 Grit Effect Sample that combined "Soil Effect" with "Grass Effect" The capacity of one bottle is about one B4 size.
